Jenna M. Di Lorenzo

Jenna is the Founder and Principal Lawyer of Di Lorenzo Law Professional Corporation. She works exclusively in the areas of Criminal Law and Family Law appearing frequently before both the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice all over the GTA, Durham Region, York Region and the Northumberland County.

Jenna began her legal career articling with a prominent Toronto criminal lawyer and then joined a boutique criminal and family law firm in Oshawa as an associate, where she then became partner. With years of courtroom experience and a reputation for strategic, client-focused representation, Jenna established Di Lorenzo Law PC with a commitment to delivering personalized legal services tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

As a criminal lawyer, Jenna has represented individuals facing a wide range of criminal charges, from summary offences to serious indictable matters, such as murder/homicides.  She has a considerable amount of experience conducting both judge alone and jury trials with success. She regularly attends at the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice to speak on criminal matters, including conducting pre-trials, motions and trials. 

As a family law lawyer, Jenna attends in court for conferences, motions and trials, as well as spending a considerable amount of time drafting documents on an out-of-court basis such as Separation Agreements, marriage contracts and so on. Jenna works tirelessly to ensure  the best possible outcome for her clients. She makes efforts to negotiate out-of-court settlements to ensure clients do not have to go through the expense and acrimony of a litigious proceeding in Court. However, when warranted, Jenna will proceed to court litigation to ensure her client’s rights are protected.

Jenna vigorously endeavours to advocate on behalf of her clients and assist them during difficult times. Her practice is built on the belief that every client deserves clear advice, strong advocacy, and unwavering support during some of the most challenging periods of their lives. She strives to continue to protect her clients’ rights and approach every case in a tireless effort to ensure the best possible result whether it be in criminal or family law. 

Known for her professionalism, preparation, and dedication, Jenna has successfully advocated for clients at all stages of the legal process. She takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in the legal strategy being pursued.

Jenna is currently a member of the Durham Region Law Association, the Northumberland Law Association, the Criminal Lawyers Association and the Women in Canadian Criminal Defence.
